Procedure for Accessing Willow Point Municipal Utility District Property for Private Construction Purposes

Willow Point Municipal Utility District of Fort Bend and Waller Counties (“Willow Point MUD”) reminds all residents and property owners that before utilizing property owned, managed, or maintained by Willow Point MUD to access your property for construction purposes, you are required to contact Willow Point MUD and obtain permission. The best means by which to contact Willow Point MUD is through the “Contact Us” tab on Willow Point MUD’s website.

This communication is mandatory to ensure:

  • Compliance with Willow Point MUD regulations and existing easement agreements between Willow Point MUD and third-parties;
  • Prevention of potential encroachments, disruptions, or damage to Willow Point MUD infrastructure; and,
  • Coordination with the District for any necessary permissions or inspections to safeguard Willow Point MUD’s property and operations.

Failure to notify Willow Point MUD in advance and obtain permission to access Willow Point MUD property may result in penalties and fines or legal action.
